Dwarf Fighter

Yurdrack Avilbeard

Active Fighter 1 Dwarf

A sturdy dwarven warrior with a strong belief in Tyr, a practical mind for trade, and a sharpened instinct for justice.

Known role: front-line combatant, defender, heavy-armor fighter.

Open character bio

Public Bio

Yurdrack Avilbeard carries himself with the solid practicality of a dwarf who expects the world to demand proof before it offers trust. His faith is given to Tyr, not as ornament or temple-talk, but as a measure against which deeds are weighed. Justice, trade, oaths, debt, and consequence all matter to him because each leaves a mark that cannot be talked away.

He is strong, watchful, and more suspicious than he always cares to admit. Somewhere behind that caution are old business ties, family contacts, and the sort of obligations that follow a dwarf even when he has taken to the road. Yurdrack does not appear to be seeking trouble. He does, however, seem prepared for the day trouble decides to seek him.

Human Ranger

Navar

Active Ranger 1 Human

A watchful human ranger with a guard’s discipline, keen senses, and a steady bow-hand.

Known role: scout, archer, tracker, field healer.

Open character bio

Public Bio

Navar has the habits of someone trained to notice trouble before it reaches the door. His time as a guard left him with practical instincts: keep watch, read the ground, mark the movement of strangers, and do not waste words when attention is more useful.

On the road, he brings the steadiness of a ranger rather than the swagger of a sellsword. Bow, blade, and fieldcraft sit close at hand. He is not merely a hunter of trails and tracks, but a man accustomed to standing between danger and those who have not yet seen it coming.

Aasimar Cleric

Celeste Silvermane

Active Cleric 1 Aasimar

A silver-touched cleric and sage devoted to Kelemvor, raised in the rites of the Lord of the Dead.

Known role: healer, divine caster, scholar, keeper of funerary rites, undead opposition.

Open character bio

Public Bio

Celeste Silvermane was born into a household where death was not treated as a horror, a punishment, or a thing to be hidden behind locked doors. His parents, both aasimar of a quiet celestial-touched line, had given their lives to the service of Kelemvor, Lord of the Dead, in the first hard years of that god’s church finding its place in Faerûn.

Their work was not glorious. It was not sung in taverns. They washed the dead, prayed over the dying, comforted the bereaved, and stood vigil in the rooms where breath failed and families ran out of words. They taught their son that death was not an enemy to be flattered or cheated, but a passage to be met cleanly, truthfully, and without cowardice.

Celeste learned quickly. The rites came easily to him. Scripture, funerary law, the names of restless spirits, the signs of false undeath, and the stern mercy of Kelemvor’s judgment settled into him as naturally as breathing. His silver hair, pale blue-silver skin, and grey eyes marked him as something set apart, but his parents did not permit vanity to take root in him. A celestial trace was not a crown. It was an obligation.

Yet Celeste grew restless.

Not faithless. Never that. His devotion to Kelemvor remained firm. But the temple walls narrowed around him with each passing year. He had spent his youth beside deathbeds and grave-cloths, learning how lives ended. What he did not yet understand was how lives were lived before that final accounting. He wanted roads, voices, cities, mistakes, weather, hunger, danger, laughter, and the thousand ordinary sins and mercies that fill the span between cradle and grave.

So Celeste left.

He did not abandon his god. He carried Kelemvor’s symbol with him, along with the discipline his parents had placed in his bones. He departed the temple not as a rebel fleeing judgment, but as a young cleric seeking the world that judgment must one day weigh.

His road brought him to Baldur’s Gate, a city still bruised by Sarevok’s fall and thick with rumor, ambition, and fear. There, among dockhands, merchants, mercenaries, pilgrims, and men who lied for smaller reasons than most, Celeste found passage aboard The Sea Serpent’s Wake. The ship was bound for Dragon Isle, carrying supplies to Dragon’s Rest Monastery.

Celeste accepted the work.

He expected travel, perhaps hardship, and perhaps some small service worthy of Kelemvor’s eye. He did not yet know that Dragon Isle held older deaths than those he had tended in temple chambers, nor that some dead things are not permitted to rest because the living have found uses for them.

For Celeste Silvermane, the road has begun where faith leaves the sanctuary and steps into salt wind, black water, and blood on the deck.

Dragonborn Sorcerer

Ashardus

Active Sorcerer 1 Dragonborn

A red-scaled dragonborn sorcerer and seeker of knowledge, with fire in the blood and questions in the mind.

Known role: arcane caster, fire magic, lore-seeker.

Open character bio

Public Bio

Ashardus is marked openly by draconic blood: red scales, amber-gold eyes, and the unmistakable presence of fire waiting close beneath the surface. His power is not only learned from books, though books interest him more than most people find comfortable. The old questions draw him. So do the dangerous ones.

He follows knowledge with the hunger of someone who believes understanding can become strength. That belief has carried him onto the road, where ruins, rumors, and half-buried truths wait behind every closed door. Whether wisdom travels beside curiosity remains to be seen.

Human Ranger

Aramis

Active Ranger 1 Human

A reserved ranger shaped by hardship, survival, and long observation from the shadows beneath the trees.

Known role: scout, archer, wilderness guide, survivor.

Open character bio

Public Bio

Aramis was born to a farmer’s life and taken from it early. Violence found his family when he was still young, and the years that followed taught him lessons no child should need: how to survive captivity, how to read strength in those who use it without apology, and how to keep himself alive when mercy is not being offered.

His escape did not return him to what he had been. A wandering wizard helped open the way, and later hands placed him among the deep paths of the wild, where wood elves and forest creatures taught him a different law. Aramis learned the woods not as scenery, but as a living place with its own hungers, boundaries, and warnings.

He remains reserved, more observer than speaker. The shadows suit him. So does the work of a warden: watching, listening, and using what he learns to keep danger from reaching the creatures and places that cannot defend themselves.
